Building on the design spirit of the original, multi-award-winning IONIQ 6 launched in 2022 – the new IONIQ 6 features more refined curves and enhanced proportions. The sleek and beautifully balanced silhouette has been reformed with the evolved design concept of ‘Pure flow, refined’.
Sharper and more sophisticated.
The streamliner profile has been sharpened even further with a new elevated hood, extended shape and shark-nose design, creating a more dynamic profile that slices through the air.
A sleeker silhouette.
The new IONIQ 6 features a smoother, more refined silhouette with the removal of the prominent upper spoiler of the 1st generation. The ducktail spoiler has been extended to maintain aerodynamic performance.
Top aerodynamics and better range.
With the best aerodynamics in its class – an ultra-low drag coefficient of 0.21 – and new larger batteries – the new IONIQ 6 is built to go farther, delivering very competitive range and performance.
Mindful Cocoon
The new IONIQ 6’s cocoon-like cabin has also been refreshed to let passengers freely enjoy in-car life. The design upgrade maintains the ‘Mindful Cocoon’ concept, with a greater focus on a more comfortable and intuitive user experience.

You can power any device or charge electrical equipment up to 3.6 kW with the on-board 230V plug of IONIQ 6’s Vehicle-to-Load technology (V2L).
Exterior and interior V2L charging.
Thanks to the converter that plugs into the bidirectional exterior charging port, you can power devices up to 3.6 kW even when the vehicle is turned off.
